Covenant Community Care is dedicated to your safety and providing the highest quality healthcare. While we continue to offer telehealth services, there are needs that require in-office care. We are ready to see you. Covenant closely follows the latest guidelines and executive orders for keeping employees, patients, and the community safe. Reviewing what to expect will help facilitate a healing environment when you arrive:
Everyone in the building will be wearing a face-covering in accordance with Michigan’s executive order. Masks are available for patients who do not have one. Bring your own face-covering—cloth mask, bandana, etc. Please avoid gaiter and valve masks as they are less effective at protecting others. Wear a mask or face covering for the entire time you are in the office, only taking it down for essential examinations as directed by staff.
Symptom review and temperature checks are done for each person entering our buildings. If you are feeling sick, have a temperature, or suspect you have had contact with someone with COVID-19, call our office first before arriving to talk with our staff.
Hand and Respiratory Hygiene
Hand sanitizer is available for use upon entry into one of our facilities. Sanitize your hands upon entry into the facility. Cover your nose and mouth with your elbow if you cough or sneeze.
Common areas will have structural changes and visual cues to assist with maintaining 6 feet from others. The number of people in the waiting room will be decreased to allow for social distancing. All visitors will be asked to wait in the car unless they are essential to care delivery, such as a parent or guardian.
We have increased the cleaning of all offices and work stations. Please be patient while we clean the exam rooms between every appointment.
Each office is prepared with instructions specific to your clinic’s layout. Call your office before your in-person appointment to get further instructions.
Your health and safety are important to us. Call your office if you have any questions.
