November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
Regular screenings with low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) are the best way to detect lung cancer early.
You may qualify for annual lung cancer screening if you are age 50-80 years old and have a 20 pack year smoking history and currently smoke or quit smoking within the last 15 years.
Don’t have a LDCT order from your Provider? Portal message or call your primary care office to see if you are due for screening.
