Covenant Community Care’s model of care allows for counselors to work alongside our medical providers to help patients address many different concerns and struggles with everyday life stressors.
Covenant's counselors are here for you. Counselors integrate with primary care providers to address spiritual and emotional needs beyond check-ups, but our counselors are also here to give you therapeutic support beyond medical visits.
Our counselors can help you to address a variety of struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, and stress management. We can also help you address issues related to coping with your medical conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking cessation, weight loss and substance use related problems.
Covenant's counselors have unique training that allows them to work alongside our medical providers and can often provide brief and direct consultation to you as part of your medical visit. Individual and group counseling is also available for patients who need additional care.
