We offer integrated health care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
I was sick and you cared for me.
Primary Care
Our Primary Care Providers (PCPs) provide whole person care to patients of all ages. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Most patients without insurance pay between $20 and $50 per visit, depending on family size and income.
Family & Adult Dental
Our dental providers focus on both preventive care and restorative treatment, helping patients achieve healthy smiles while addressing pain, infection, or tooth damage early.
Children’s Dental
We are proud to offer pediatric dental care in Detroit designed to support children’s oral health from an early age. For a low cost, children can receive dental exams, X-rays, and cleanings in a setting that is calm, supportive, and family-friendly.
Oral Surgery
Covenant Community Care routinely hosts Oral Surgery Residents, allowing us to offer select oral surgery services on a limited basis.
Mobile Dental
We come to your organization or school to provide preventative and restorative dental care for children and adults.
OB/GYN Services
Covenant provides obstetrics & gynecology services to our community, specializing in primary care for women.
Prenatal Care
Our goal is to provide quality prenatal care to all mothers. We are always accepting new patients, regardless of insurance status. We offer pregnancy care at many Covenant Community Care sites, as well as Centering Pregnancy at our Michigan Ave. clinic.
Centering Pregnancy
Centering Pregnancy replaces traditional one-on-one visits with group visits and brings 8-12 women who are due at the same time, together for prenatal care. In a relaxed and fun setting, each group visit lasts about 2 hours and includes an individual health check-up, group discussion, and interactive activities designed to address important and timely health topics while leaving room to discuss what is important to the group.
Mental Health Therapy
Covenant's counselors are here for you. Counselors integrate with primary care providers to address spiritual and emotional needs beyond check-ups, but our counselors are also here to give you therapeutic support beyond medical visits.
Medication Assisted Treatment
According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and other therapeutic techniques, to provide a 'whole-patient' approach to the treatment of substance use disorders."
